Air Freshening Blend – Eucalyptus Grapefruit, Lavender, Lime, Orange Sweet, Patchouli
Anti-Cellulite Blend - Anise, Juniperberry, Lime, Pine, Thyme
Antiseptic Blend – Cajuput, Clove, Eucalyptus, Lemon Rosemary, Tea Tree,
Calming Blend – Cypress, Geranium, Lavender Lemon, Marjoram,
Muscle Relax Blend – Basil, Cedarwood, Cypress, Lavender, Marjoram,
Sleep Ease Blend - Benzoin, Sandalwood, Basil, Lavender
Serenity Blend - Frankincense, Lemon, Juniperberry
Sweet Dreams Blend – Anise, Bergamot, Chamomile, Juniperberry Ylang Ylang,
Preparation:
Add equal parts of ingredients or to your taste to a amber glass bottle and mix well by rolling in between your hand. Add 1 to 2 % blended oil to required quantity of carrier oil for massage or add few drops of blended oils to a diffuser.
Directions for use
Conversion chart
1 ml = 20 drops (approximately)
1/8 ounce =3.75 ml
1/4 ounce =7.5 ml
1/2 ounce = 15 ml
1 ounce =30 ml
Dilution Chart for 1 oz (30ml) Carrier Oil
1% Dilution:
Add 6-7 drops of essential oil in 30 ml carrier oil
2%Dilution:
Add 12-14 drops of essential oil in 30 ml carrier oil
3%Dilution :
Add 18-21 drops of essential oil in 30 ml carrier oil
Bath
Add 2 — 8 drops of undiluted essential oil with the same amount of shampoo or liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix the water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes. Use once daily.
Direct inhalation
Apply 1 — 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief/tissue and inhale occasionally Up to 3 times per day.
Steam inhalation
Add 3 — 12 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes .Up to 3 times per day.
Compresses
Add 2 drops of undiluted essential oil to 500 ml of warm water in a bottle. Mix by shaking the bottle and immediately soak the compress. Squeeze lightly, apply the compress to the skin, and cover with clothes and/or towelling. Leave for 2 to 4 hours.Up to 3 times per day.
Diffuser
Add undiluted essential oil or Blended oils as per the manufactures recommendations
